I love unsweetened ice tea and this reminds me of just that. I squeeze lemon in it for added benefits and flavor. Definitely have felt an improvement after starting to drink this daily.
My morning staple for over 4 years. I used to use 3 tea bags to get the chai flavor I desire, but this product allows me to make my chai as strong as I want! And I still feel great after my daily 6 mile walk. Ginger helps with nassau from my medication. Turmeric helps with soar muscles.

I like this, but it does not make for a good cup of chai all by itself. I think the fact that it is called chai is misleading. It works as a supplement to add to chai or tea. I have no idea if it's doing anything for my body.
